I just attended our first therapy swim with Naomi and wow, I am very thankful we did. My pooch has been waiting for physio and seeing a surgeon, so we were told by a friend, why not take her to hydrotherapy in the meantime.Naomi clearly knows what she is doing. She is very patient and confident in working with my dog who can be a bit anxious at times. In no time at all, Naomi had her paddling, using her leg that has not been used for the past 2.5 months and her anxiety level noticeably decreased.Thank you Naomi and Pawsitively Pooched for providing a rehab pool with a skilled therapist!

Took our dog here to get her more comfortable with the water. Mallory was fantastic in the pool with our nervous Shepherd and gradually built her confidence up until she was paddling the length of the pool. By the end of the session, our dog seemed far more relaxed and confident. You won't be in the water with them but you get to hang out beside the pool while the hydrotherapist works with your dog in the water. Mallory let us know what she was doing and what our dogs body language was saying. She was attentive and patient with our dog. Would absolutely recommend this place if you have a dog that needs a slow introduction to swimming.

We've had a great experience having our bernadoodle groomed here! We havw been using them for about 2 years now. As with any groomer, it's really helpful if you are clear about what you want, provide example photos, etc. It also helps if you train and/or practice with your dog if they are afraid or don't like being groomed. But again, the groomers here have been great. The odd time we had them tweak her cut, they've been happy to accommodate us too - and this happens, and if you're nice and not a Karen, it's easy to correct or make a note of for next time.I have seen a few very silly reviews by inexperienced or unskilled dog owners who left what I see as very unfair reviews. They seemed upset over a haircut, perhaps not handling feedback from the groomer that they need to wash and groom their dog to prevent matting (which often requires the groomer to shave your dog), or claims their dogs were traumitized". My experience here has been very positive

We were constantly ‘corrected’ for not having our dog kennel trained (which he absolutely is at home.) I was once asked “are you planning on ever kennel training your dog?” When I asked what the situation looked like it turns out the kennels are right beside the door where the dogs can watch other dogs going for walks.. who wouldn’t bark when your friends are going outside and you’re not? Our dog ended up shaking in fear before going inside, requiring being carried in. Our dog once came home with a large gash on his ear (not upset he was injured.. it happens and our dog is definitely high energy) but they were either oblivious or chose to not provide us with that information. I’m not sure what goes on at Pawsitively Pooched but our dog had anything but a positive experience.

Been taking Lily, my 8 month mini poodle here since her first grooming. She has been here three times now and each time has been amazing. I wanted the teddy bear cut and one of the staff recommended Ashe so we booked the next appointment with them. I really liked how friendly and loving Ashe was to Lily, and not to mention just how cute Lily looked after her grooming!! They got the teddy bear look spot on! Will definitely keep booking with Ashe in the future.

Tucker was traumatized by the last groomer we went too. He was struggling with people touching his face and paws. He needed to be shaved because the groomer had not finished grooming due to his anxiety. We went to Positively Pooched and they were so kind to Tucker. We have nothing but positive reviews. Thank you for being compassionate to our little guy.

Never take your dog here for grooming!! When we arrived it felt very warm and welcoming. When I came back to pick up my dog the energy had completely changed and they had no idea who I was. I got my dog home only for her to start throwing up and then I noticed her tummy was all cut up. I immediately sent an email to Pawsitively Pooched. They asked me to provide pictures of the cuts which I did and then after me calling multiple times and leaving message after message I finally got an email from the manager. She told me cuts were to be expected with matts. Sure, but how could there be matts on her tummy where there is no hair? After emailing back and forth it was clear the manager thought this was all a very normal experience. I wouldn’t take your dog here unless you both want to be traumatized.

Love taking my pup, Opie here for swim sessions. He has a bit of reactivity, but swimming has always been very calming for him. Naomi is the best and really works to understand your dog! Plus, you can book swim packages and use them when you please (I usually buy 10 at at time and go a couple times a month with my dog)

My dog goes swimming and to daycare here. All of the staff I met truly seem to love dogs. Their excitement when they see my crazy pup makes me so happy. She comes home from daycare tired, but relaxed. Love it here!
